This is scrunchies hand-sewn by Japanese, in Kirkland WA USA. Material is 100% cotton fabric with swirls and chrysanthemum patterns in gray on the white background. You can wash in washer machine (the use of laundry net recommended), but hand wash preferred. Hang dry or drier in low/delicate setting please. :-)
Size: about 12.5cm (4 7/8in) diameter
