Key Features: Water Soluble: This thick water-soluble stabilizer is essential for creating projects where no evidence of the stabilizer is left once the project is rinsed with warm, running water. It is easily perforated, so it is not suggested to use alone except when creating patches or badges. Not Sensitive to Humidity: OESD BadgeMaster is not sensitive to air humidity!
